Well done on your streaks! I've been trying to start something like this with walking and with playing music. Having accountability is really helpful. I am much better at keeping the streak of playing one of my instruments, because I have two friends who regularly ask about my practice. Walking is a bit harder because no one is keeping me to it. Adjusting my schedule to the seasons (early morning walks in the summer, noon/afternoon walks in the winter) has helped a lot.
The need to take care of an aging body is no joke. It is increasingly unforgiving of poor care, haha!
